This class is meant to be a part of a series that you can see in our program Establish Your Core Stability and Strength and on our Yoga for Beginners page. This class shows you what a full-length class feels like when you put a lot of emphasis on core stability throughout. As we said in the earlier classes, the intention is to feel light as you do yoga, maintaining a slow, deep breath, while attempting to balance effort and release in everything that you do.

David’s classes are beautiful and horrible! They challenge me in ways no other yoga classes I’ve taken do, because they focus on developing flexibility, grace, and balance with less emphasis on strength. They can be brutal, but they develop my suppleness in unique and rewarding ways.

Wow. One of the best DYWM videos ever. I am not an absolute beginner, but David's calm reminders in this video helped me to get deeper into the poses than ever. I will definitely be coming back to this one. As always, thank you David for an amazing yoga session.

Thank you. I’m loving this absolute beginner series. I am far from a beginner but am definitely a senior. I haven’t had a consistent practice for a while, have been going online classes that turn out to be too strenuous for my aging body. But I love the gentle pace and reminders to focus in this practice. I’m motivated to return everyday for more. Thank you so much
