A perfect class to do before sitting all day at work!
I loved the outdoor env and so the class was especially good.
The indoor settings for the new classes are just blah, very sterile and uninspiring
Once in a while, I glance, and I am always amazed at the beautiful
background of where the teacher instructs. Thank you for this Julie and did you know it looked like there was a bit of fog to your right at the end of the video?
This was such a great way to stretch out the front and back of my body. A new favourite!
