In this class, we will explore the mobility of the hips as we move through funky transitions between the asanas. The heat will build from within as we play around with our twists in-chair pose and eventually find the earth to find balance for the day.

Nice workout, but I agree it was a bit fast. By the time I moved into warrior he was moving out of it to something else.
