Cultivate Heat from Within
In this class, we will explore the mobility of the hips as we move through funky transitions between the asanas. The heat will build from within as we play around with our twists in-chair pose and eventually find the earth to find balance for the day.

There is so much fast talking that I could not make it all the way through. Even when the transitions are quick, personally, I prefer a calmer cadence during my practice.
