Cultivate Heat from Within
In this class, we will explore the mobility of the hips as we move through funky transitions between the asanas. The heat will build from within as we play around with our twists in-chair pose and eventually find the earth to find balance for the day.

I love this class! My first class with you, Eddy, and I can see why you've been added to the DYWM team. I love the quality of your teaching, the "funky transitions", and the care that you give to the transitions to allow for some shaking off of the intensity of both the practice and the day. I also really enjoyed the pace of the class (yes, the instructions are at a faster pace than some classes, and for that reason maybe the class should be a level II class instead?) but there was an effervescent energy to the pace and now I feel great! Thanks so much - looking forward to more classes from you! (Also 20-30 min class length makes classes more accessible on a busy day - thanks!)
Certainly challenging as intermediate 1 (due to the speed at places) but a class to return to many times !
Great and truly energising class! It was a bit fast in some parts, and Eddie, you speak a bit too fast, I have a hearing impairment and it was a bit difficult to follow the instructions. Otherwise, really good!
