This vinyasa practice is a moving meditation, the focus point is the ever changing shape and sensations of the physical body and breath. The instruction will help you focus on what you're doing while you are doing that and to practice the fluid shift of awareness in movement.

Receiving and releasing... another beautiful practice tying breaths with movements. Thank you for a complete practice with just enough savasana to regroup and receive the benefits of the practice. For me this is yoga perfection. Love it.
