This is my go to every time. I’ve been making it for years. Everyone raves about this pie and it’s so easy! If I have time I use the crust recipe thats also listed but usually I just use the Pilsbury ones. I make it exactly as written. It’s best made the night before and refrigerated. That way all the spices come together.

Hi Victoria, if you have leftover filling, it would be great for making mini pumpkin pies. Or what we’ve done in the past is add a little to pancake batter.
