These turned out AMAZING and my picky health nut brother ate three of them! I had to knead the dough with more extra flour than anticipated possibly because of the homemade pumpkin purée I used. I also mixed the spices into the butter and spread that onto the dough as opposed to sprinkling on top of plain butter. The icing was creamy and so delicious. Will definitely be using it again for other recipes and will come back to recipe this every fall!
