Hi Cari, I would say right as the butter begins to brown, add the marshmallows and stir constantly to keep the browned butter moving and to protect it from burning. The marshmallows shouldn’t take long to melt.

Hi Sara, we’d recommend storing it in the refrigerator. If it needs to be softened for your recipe, you can take it out before starting like you normally would with butter. If it needs to be melted, you can remelt it in the microwave.
