I found I needed significantly more flour than the recipe called for to achieve the proper dough consistency. I also found that the dough proofed and baked faster than the recipe stated (I used the warm oven method for proofing). They turned out very nice though, and we enjoyed them with some butternut soup.

Hi Bess, we like to individually wrap the bread bowls in Press N Seal (or another plastic wrap), then place them in a large zipped-top bag for an extra layer of protection. So glad these are a favorite for you!
