Our first fusion class, this one will challenge you from start to finish. Kim's light-hearted approach and effortless guidance makes this difficult class more accessible. But don't fool yourself - you may find your arms and legs shaking with fatigue more than once. Get ready for a workout!

This was my first Pilates class on this site, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’d describe this as a very powerful and tough bodyweight workout focusing on core and arm strength with some asanic influence. It’s a good complement to yogic practice if you want to focus on developing more strength than you might get from doing a typical set of asanas. Not as meditative as most of the classes I’ve taken here, but definitely a solid, rigorous workout.

Oh, that was tough! My shoulders and planks are my weak points so there was a lot of modification going on. I don't always look at the screen, just listen to the cues so it was a lovely surprise when I glanced up during savasana to see the doggie taking a rest 🐶💖
