Ride the Wave
We have 21,000 opportunities each day to catch the wave of our breath, and to ride it into present moment awareness and engagement. This class focuses the mind on returning to the breath as part of the movement practice, and then to allow that new pattern to extend off the mat.

Easily a new favorite! I truly don't know how this class was only 30 minutes. Energizing, creative flow that stretches the entire body with a meditative breath/movement connection. Fiji does it again, thank you!

Wow! This class was amazing. There are so many things I love about it. I love how it focused on the breath, and started/ended with the same pose. I love how fluid it was and how it left me feeling so present. Such a creative flow! Thank you- Fiji - for sharing this with us!
