Day 2 and 3 - very helpful and
Day 10 - good stretches -

Liked the strength building aspect: push-ups and planks were repeated ...
July 21, 22 and 23, 2021 ... will return to this again and again. -

We both love this class for its slow, easy warm up ... done it frequently durning August 2021

one hour of concentrated attention to the shoulders is good. BUT, too long sitting on the heels makes it a little painful.

Stretch out back, hips and legs ... good for pre or post run.

Posted an inquiry asking R. why her visual and audio do not match ... often when she does a left limb she will instruct us to do right limb. Confusing for me.

We both found Ron is excellent at allowing us to centre ... and work on balance poses. Will return to this class frequently.
