I came here looking for the same thing too! Would be great to have some classes leading up to this and plough pose as well. I have avoided plough after injuring my lower back doing it some years ago, but feel ready to try it again - carefully!
Would you please consider doing a class or two with shoulder stand as the ultimate pose?
