The second and third recordings will automatically play after the previous recording is done. This has jolted me awake a few times. Is there any way to make these play as standalone tracks without the next one starting up when the one before is done? I’ve been using these nightly and this only became an issue about two or three weeks ago. Maybe there’s a button I’m supposed to select or something that I’m missing? Thanks for the assist. :)
I struggle with bouts of severe anxiety - to the point that sleep becomes impossible for me. These yoga nidra sleep meditations from David are a gift and I’m truly grateful for them. I fall asleep to them and I keep them open on my phone and when I inevitability wake up in the middle night, they are there like a comforting presence. Thank you so much for making these - and the other meditations. They are really a lifeline in the night.
These meditations are so very helpful. However, the recordings play through inconsistently.
