A good class. I had a difficult time 'knowing' that I was hitting the spots being called out, but it felt great to find my own spots and modify for my body. Definitely feeling it, and would enjoy more of this. Thank you!

I would love to see different segments for shoulders and possibly forearms. I say segments as short and targeted is better than one long, singular session.
