I am new to meditation and I found these very relaxing. Two things, though...at first I found myself falling asleep, waking to a new part of body, but still feeling so relaxed. Is this normal? Then, About 2/3 of the way through, my restless legs started to bother me. I tried to ignore the feeling, then changed the position of my legs, but that urge to move my legs soon became distracting. Any advice on how to deal with this?

Good to hear! Yes, falling asleep is common. It's nothing to worry about. In regards to the restless legs, have you tried keeping your attention on the sensations in your legs while they feel restless? Just be curious, and have the intention of feeling beyond the 'restless legs' label.

I can't get this to play past focusing on the muscle of the right foot. It's probably because our internet service in the north isn't very good, Any other ideas to help me get the recording to play? Thank you very much.

Hi there.
Yeah, if your internet is slow you could have trouble streaming this.
There is a chance that it's your browser though. Try streaming on a different browser and pause the track for a minute or so before playing it through, so it has a chance to load.
Cheers,
David

Not relaxing at all! I tried and stayed with it for a while but the haunting, weird, and uneven and jarring 'music' was too annoying and became distracting. Too bad, bc i did like the talking part.
