Yoga For Body Workers
Are you a bodyworker or someone who does a lot of work with your hands? This class is for you! It’s time for some self-care for our caretakers. In this yummy flow, we’ll target the areas that frequently get tight or neglected, like the forearms and hands, as well as do some delicious chest and hip flexor openings to help balance out work where we are frequently hunched over.
